Stephan Goupil, DO, Ph.D.
I received my medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and my Ph.D. in biomedical science from the University of Connecticut Health Center where I studied the genetics of aging. I completed my residency in family medicine at Hahnemann Family Health Center at the University of Massachusetts. I am board certified in family medicine and plan on becoming board certified in lifestyle medicine by 2024.
My clinical interests include: preventive, evidence-based, lifestyle, mind-body, precision/personalized, integrative and longevity medicine. I practice medicine with a patient focused approach utilizing my skills as a scientist and former professor to help guide and educate patients to help them create solutions and goals to live healthier lives.
I am very excited to be joining the Five Journeys family where I can continue my passion for lifelong learning as I incorporate functional medicine and longevity medicine techniques and knowledge into my patient care.
When I am not helping patients in the clinic, I am spending time with my family or attempting to apply the core values of lifestyle medicine to my own life’s journey through exercise, diet and meditation. If I am very lucky, I am spending some of that time scuba diving, sailing or traveling with my family.
I look forward to working with you to achieve your health goals.
