Good Night is a supplement that contains a blend of ingredients to support a healthy sleep cycle and promote a sense of relaxation. The formula works to support GABA activity. It includes valerian root, a known herb used to support relaxation, as well as passionflower and jujube. The product also contains L-theanine, an amino acid found in green tea, which supports a healthy response to stress. Two capsules of Good Night include 450 mg valerian root extract, 200 mg jujube seed extract, 150 mg passionflower extract, 150 mg L-theanine, and 100 mg hops strobile extract.
