What We Discuss

The biggest fear in the world right now is the fear of losing our memories or our capacity to think and becoming a burden to our family, but it wasn’t always like that. So when the nervous system is under stress, we want to get relief. Unfortunately, people often seek out destructive ways to achieve that. Of course, there’s always ways like exercise, eating healthy, breathing techniques, etc., but many of us, including our kids, don’t often know or don’t engage with those options.

The Importance of Sleep
