As your provider, what’s important to me is that I find a balanced approach to your overall health. While traditional medicine focuses on finding a cure, I prefer to focus on helping you reach your wellness goals. I aim to support your well-being, as I believe health is an ongoing and lifelong journey. 

Thirteen years ago, my healthcare career changed when I was diagnosed with an auto-immune condition. After my diagnosis, I understood the challenges my patients faced in a new light. I was then able to develop a deeper level of empathy and compassion, which has made me a better provider.

I am grateful for so many things in life, such as my family and friends, and the fact that my career has led me to Five Journeys^®. I am inspired by the Five Journeys^® team and the accomplishments that patients have achieved. When I’m not at Five Journeys^®, you can find me training for my next triathlon, meditating, seeing friends and family, or taking care of my bees.
