How does it work?
Increased Oxygen Pressure: HBOT involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber, typically 1.5 to 3 times the normal atmospheric pressure. This allows a significantly higher concentration of oxygen to dissolve into the bloodstream.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Vermont alongside studies in Integrative Health Care. I am also a National Board Certified Integrative Health & Wellness Coach, a certified Menstrual Cycle Coach & Educator, and a Yoga Instructor. I began my nursing career at Massachusetts General Hospital working inpatient in Oncology and Hematology, however, I have always known that functional medicine is where I truly want to be!
