Performance & Recovery Coach
Jon graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. Jon specializes in helping people get out of pain, move better, and optimize their performance. Jon spent the last 4 years at TB12 Performance and Recovery Center where he specialized in the management of sport related injuries. Jon works with everybody, ranging from the weekend warrior all the way to athletes competing in the NBA, NHL and NFL.
Jon is passionate about promoting the benefits of regular exercise and works closely with all his clients to keep them moving while overcoming an injury. Jon’s clinical experience includes rehab of orthopedic related surgeries and non-surgical management of nearly all orthopedic related aches & pains. In his free time, you can find Jon running by the harbor, looking for his ball on the golf course, or at the park with his wife and dog.
Jon believes your chronological age is not your biological age— and that we can continue to feel better as we age! If your body is not feeling it’s best OR if you feel great and want to keep it that way- come say hello!
