There are many great ways to detox. A simple option is to take minerals, which displace heavy metals out of your body. However, not all detoxes are for everyone. For example, very sick people and children aren’t great candidates for techniques like infrared saunas or DMSAs. But ionic foot baths are accessible to almost everyone. Wendy recommends IonCleanse by AMD.
Ionic baths increase the amount of heavy metals processed through your urine and stool by ionizing the water in your foot bath. It can take about 200 hours for the ionic baths to see maximum results, so Wendy took a more aggressive approach, doing two hours daily over four separate baths. Now, she soaks about twice a week as maintenance. In addition, you can do fecal and urine tests every few months to monitor your toxin levels as you detox.
Fiber is very important throughout the detox process. Wendy uses citraclense and daily detox supplements while doing her detoxes to support her digestive system and get rid of heavy metals. If people don’t get enough fiber throughout the process, it can lead to constipation and reabsorption.
Detoxes aren’t a race, and they take time and dedication. Most of us have decades of heavy metal and toxin build-up in our tissues, and it won’t go away in 2-3 months. Enemas and DMSAs are more ways to stimulate the colon and kidneys, but they can be harsh on the body, and many very sick people needing to detox cannot handle them. In those cases, Wendy suggests gentler cleanses.
Watt-Ahh is polarized water infused with hydrogen, oxygen, and electrons. Its detoxing speed can be quite fast, so it’s important to be careful when using it and only start with a few tablespoons a day. It also helps bring oxygen to your brain, which can improve your mood, and it can also work to reverse calcification.
Because of the levels of toxins in our environment, we need to think about detoxification and make it part of our health regimen. No one is exempt from it because there are over 140,000 chemicals and dozens of heavy metals we are constantly exposed to. Much of the research points to all these toxins contributing to many illnesses and diseasees.
It’s not enough to wait until we get sick to start doing something to prolong and promote health. Even in young people, we can see cases of fatigue, brain fog, hormone imbalance, and other symptoms. That’s your body’s signals that something is wrong, and the likelihood of toxins being a main factor is very high.
Mental health is also a vital aspect of any wellness regimen. Detoxing from negativity and releasing unresolved trauma can help improve our emotional feelings, outlook, mindset, and compulsive behaviors that might negatively impact us.
We can eat the best diets and do all the best things, but if we have something running in the background we haven’t worked through, it can derail our progress.
