Blackberry and Rosemary Essenced Spritzer
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 oz. rosemary simple syrup
- 4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Spindrift Blackberry sparkling water
- Ice
- Garnish: Fresh rosemary sprigs
Simple Syrup:
- ¼ cup monk fruit or stevia extract
- ¼ cup water
- 1 fresh sprig of rosemary
For the simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine monk fruit or stevia, water, and fresh rosemary. Cook over medium heat until the monk fruit/stevia is dissolved, stirring regularly. Once dissolved, remove from the heat and let stand for about 30 minutes or until completely cool. (Remove rosemary spring before using).
Preparation:
- Add the blackberries, rosemary simple syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail mixing glass and muddle well.
- Evenly divide the mixture between two cocktail glasses.
- Top the glasses with sparkling mineral water.
- Stir to combine.
- Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
- Enjoy!
Spicy Sparkling Orange Margarita
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 6-8 slices jalapeno
- 4oz. orange juice
- 4 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
- 4 oz. sparkling mineral water
- Ice
Preparation:
- Add jalapeno slices and lime juice to a cocktail glass. Muddle to release some of the jalapeno and mint juices/fragrances.
- Divide the mixture between two glasses.
- Add ice and orange juice to both glasses.
- Top each with sparkling mineral water.
- Stir to combine.
- Enjoy!
Cherry Lime Crush Mocktail
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups of cherries, pits removed and chopped
- 1 oz. lime juice
- Ginger Lime Poppi
Preparation:
- Add the cherries and lime juice to a cocktail glass. Muddle well.
- Divide the mixture between two cocktail glasses.
- Top each glass evenly with Ginger Lime Poppi.
- Stir to combine.
- Enjoy!
Frozen Pina Colada Mocktail
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 2 oz organic, no sugar added pineapple juice
- 3 oz. coconut milk
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide evenly between two cocktail glasses.
- Enjoy!
Wild Blueberry and Green Tea Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 green tea bags
- 1.5 cups boiling water
- 1 cup frozen, wild blueberries, thawed
- ⅛ cup fresh, packed mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- Ice
- Monk fruit or stevia, pinch
Preparation:
- Steep the tea bags in boiling water and add a pinch of monk fruit or stevia extract to sweeten. Add to a heat safe glass and chill in the fridge.
- Add the blueberries and mint leaves to a cocktail glass and muddle well.
- Divide the mixture into two cocktail glasses.
- Add ice and the cooled green tea and lime juice to two glasses.
- Stir to combine.
- Enjoy!
Strawberries and Cream Mocktail
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 4 large,fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced into quarters
- 1 lime or lemon, juiced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Olipop Strawberry Vanilla or a strawberry seltzer
Preparation:
- In a cocktail glass, muddle strawberries and lime juice
- Divide the mixture between two cocktail glasses.
- Add ice and coconut milk to both glasses.
- Top each drink with Olipop Strawberry Vanilla seltzer.
- Stir to combine.
- Enjoy!
