Cancellation Policy

 

The challenges presented by COVID require us to limit how many people may receive IVs at the same time, and sometimes we don’t have enough space for everyone who wants an IV. So that we can ensure everyone who wants an IV can get one, we’ve had to make a change to our IV cancellation policy.

We understand that emergencies or inclement weather may occur! We kindly ask that you notify our office as soon as possible should you need to reschedule. We try our best to be prepared for your appointment prior to your arrival, so you do not have to wait, and as each IV is custom, we mix these before you arrive. When we have no-show appointments or late cancellations, we have to discard these, leading to waste.

Starting February 1st, 2021, there will be a charge of $150 for IV appointment cancellations and $25 for vitamin injection cancellations that are made less than 24 hours before the start of your appointment.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment greater than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a new appointment will be scheduled for you subject to availability. No cancellation fee will apply.
