Erin Jankauskas, Physician Assistant
Ever since I can remember, I have been passionate about helping and empowering people to live the fulfilling, vibrant lives they desire. Each person has their own unique journey, story, and goals.
As your provider, my intention is to address your wellness goals with a personalized, holistic approach, while creating a partnership that supports you each step of the way. My experience as a physician assistant has taken me from vascular surgery and critical care to primary care, and ultimately, functional medicine. This path has taught me that true health is a dynamic process, one that requires attention to the body, mind, and spirit. I am endlessly inspired by the potential for health that exists within each of us, and the body’s resilience and always eager to learn more.
Having faced my own challenges with gut health and hormone imbalances, as well as, mold toxicity, Lyme disease, and early-onset glaucoma in people close to me, I deeply understand the obstacles patients can face. I believe that compassionate, individualized care makes all the difference.
When I am not seeing patients, I enjoy traveling, volunteering, spending time with family and friends, skiing, hiking, practicing Reiki and meditating
